autumn rae yoga
welcome !
Autumn is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor currently pursuing her Yoga Therapy Rx certification from Loyola Marymount University. She has experience working in a clinical setting using the tools of yoga to help alleviate chronic pain as well as anxiety and depression. Autumn also co-chairs the yoga teacher training program at Orange Coast College and teaches various classes in different environments including outdoors at beaches and parks, gyms, as well as studios.
Autumn's classes and private lessons encourage safe exploration of the body and mind using slow breath-to-movement modalities as well as the chakra system to help students explore different themes for increased self-knowledge.
Her journey with yoga began over ten years ago as a means to help with anxiety and depression as well as treatment for her chronic asthma condition. Yoga has become a tool for physical and mental well-being in Autumn's life. Her mission is to spread her knowledge of yoga to help people access the connection of mind, body, and spirit and to facilitate safety, peace, and confidence. She believes yoga gives the tools to help students be the best they can be while also resting in the deep knowledge that they are perfect just the way they are.
